1. if you want to charge your laptop, please must connect with the pd adpter.Otherwise, your laptop will not charge
2. if you want to charge your phone or other device. please insert the dc power and use the USB A 2.0 port to charge. Otherwise, your device External will not charge

I have Dell 14 plus and got this dock.
But even when I connect DC power + PD power to dock , it is not charging my laptop via thunderbolt port.
