How to solve the issue of the DisplayLink Docking Station not coming back on after the Mac goes to sleep?

If you are having issues with a DisplayLink Docking Station not coming back on after your Mac goes to sleep. Please don't worry, please refer to the steps below to resolve the issue.

1. Please click the DisplayLink Manager icon on the top of your screen, and then uncheck the option "Power save all displays and sleep in clamshell"

2. Please go to System Settings-Displays-Advanced, and check the option "Prevent automatic sleeping on power adapter when the display is off" for all your monitors connected to the Dock.

3. Please plug the power adapter that comes with your Macbook into the PD port of the Dock, which gives the Macbook the power supply, and if your Macbook can be charged, that should resolve the issue.

If you still haven't resolved the problem after trying the above steps, please contact us at support@minisopuru.com. And provide us with your order number, product model, and detailed description of the problem, and we will respond to you in time.
