How to find our product ( DS808/DS806 ) in the USB Device Tree of your Mac, you can refer to steps below:
1. Click the Apple icon in the upper left corner of your Macbook display, click About this Mac
2. Click More Info,
3. Scroll to the bottom of the general page in the system settings, click System Report,
4. Click USB to enter the USB device tree,
5. Select USB Display, check whether the Mac recognizes Dock (DS808 should be recognized as Displaylink, DS806 should recognized as Silicon Motion in the Manufacturer line).
