When I connect the streaming camera/webcam to Minisopuru Docking Station, but it doesn't work, how should I solve it?

Under normal circumstances, our Docking Station supports USB streaming cameras/webcams. But after connecting to your Mac, you need to make some settings.

Please refer to the following steps to set up your USB streaming camera/webcam to work properly.

1. Please make sure you have connected your Mac to the Dock using the USB C-C cable that comes with us. (If the product you purchased comes with a non-detachable USB-C cable, please use this USB-C cable to connect to your computer)

2. If your USB streaming camera/webcam needs to install a driver to work properly, please install the corresponding driver before plugging in the camera.

3. Plug the USB streaming camera/webcam into the Minisopuru Docking Station. By default, when you plug in a USB streaming camera/webcam directly, your Mac will still use the Mac's built-in camera to display images.

4. At this point you can open any software that needs to call the camera (take Photo Booth as an example here). Open Photo Booth, and the Carmera option will appear at the top of the screen. Click Camera. You will then see "FaceTime HD Camera" and the name of the camera you plugged into Minisopuru Docking Station. Click on the camera you plugged in to switch, and your USB streaming camera/webcam should be working.
