1. First, please make sure you have correctly connected the computer, monitors and Dock. And please make sure the Displaylink driver has been successfully installed. Please make sure that all ports on the Dock are working properly.



2. Find the Apple icon in the upper left corner of the screen and click it, then click System Settings.





3. Find Display in the system settings and click it to enter the Mac's Display settings.
