This troubleshooting procedure applies to the ports of the following Minisopuru DisplayLink products:

Display 2 and Display3 of DS808

Display 1 and Display 2 of MD6950D

Display 1 and Display 2 of MD6950U

Display 1 and Display 2 of MD6950B

HDMI 1 and HDMI 2 of MD827A

Display 1 and Display 2 of MH837A

1. Please make sure to install the latest version of the DisplayLink driver, you can download the driver here: https://www.synaptics.com/products/displaylink-graphics/downloads/macos

2. Please go to System Settings - Privacy and Security - Screen Recording - Find DisplayLink Manager and enable screen recording permission for it.

3. Please check whether you can see the DisplayLink Manager icon on the top of your screen, if you can not see it, please find DisplayLink Manager in the launchpad and click to launch it.

4. Please make sure the DisplayLink Manager is running and the monitors is enabled here:
