I purchased a Minisopuru 13 in 1 Triple Display Docking Station from Amazon.co.uk in March 2024. The HDMI connection on the left at the rear of the device works sometimes and does not work at other times. The problem has been there for a good while but it seems harder to connect to a 2nd monitor. It sounds like there is a loose connection inside. Can you please advise?
