Shipping Information

After you have successfully placed your order with Your order will be confirmed within 48 hours, and you will receive an email with information regarding the details of your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Some Notes

All orders above $100 are free shipping.

Orders under $99 will be charged $3.95 as shipping cost.


Minisopuru provides fast and efficient delivery services for global customers.(But unable to deliver products at military addresses (APO/FPO) and some islands.)

The current processing time for all orders takes 2-4 days(Orders are not processed on weekends). 

Order delivery time will be at 7-15 business days(pre-sale items excluded).

International duties & taxes may apply and are not calculated at checkout.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please check shipment status via

  • Minisopuru is not responsible for any custom and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

    About Your Order

    I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

    We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

    Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

    Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route,but you can cancel your order and reorder with accurate details(if the order is not shipped yet).



    • If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. We will not replace the order or issue a refund.
