  1. Before using the docking station, be sure to install DisplayLink software on your device to ensure proper media display functionality.

  4. Some users updating to 10.15 have found their DisplayLink devices have stopped working. 5.2 software is designed to run on Mac OS 10.15, but the OS can disable our kernel extension during the update. Please check the kernel extension is enabled and screen recording is also enabled, to ensure DisplayLink enabled devices continue to work when migrating to 10.15.
  5. DisplayLink display connectivity has been limited on macOS releases 10.13.4, 10.13.5 and 10.13.6. This is solved from macOS 10.14 Mojave onwards and v5.x DisplayLink software. 1、Search website: https://synaptics.com, click product----DisplayLink Graphics or Click on the top right - download

 

 

2、Then select the system you need to download the driver：

 

3、click to download，then click Accept

 

 

 

Detailed steps to install displaylink driver：

 

1、Open the downloaded file:

 

2、Follow the prompts to complete the installation

 

 

3、After completing the installation according to the prompts, click done

 

 

4、When Drive is running, an icon like this will appear at the top

 

 

When the icon disappears due to reasons such as restarting, updating the system, etc.,click on the LaunchPad and click the app to activate it.
