Why is my USB Hub ( Model 118G ) does not work with my Desktop Computer

If you have a desktop PC and you want to use our USB Hub ( Model 118G )

Please make sure there is at least one Full-featured USB Type-C port.

When you want to use our Hub, please plug the host port of the hub into the full-featured USB Type-C port of your desktop.

If your desktop computer has no full-featured USB Type-C port, our USB Hub will not work on your desktop.
