Since our Displaylink Docking Station ( Model DS808 ) transmits data and power at the same time, it is normal for the dock to get slightly warm during use.
We have set an upper limit of operating temperature for the device is 50°C, so please don't worry.
The slightly warm of our Displaylink during use will not damage your computer or your monitor and other devices that connected to it.
