DisplayLink Manager 1.7 introduces a new option to disable displays driven through DisplayLink technology.
The disabled display option is available through the app user interface.
Here are the steps to disable your display(s):
1. Click on the DisplayLink Manager icon located in the menu bar:

2. Select the display you want to disable from the list of displays visible in the Home tab.
You can easily distinguish monitors with same name hovering through the display list. A red outline will be rendered on the selected monitor.

3. Click on the toggle available on the right part of the display line:

The display will remain disabled, even after restarting the app or restarting the machine, until you enable it again using the same toggle.
