This is a physical problem, caused by voltage/current, and will occur if any product in the entire connection chain is not grounded. It can also occur if you touch the metal connector of the USB C cable when disconnecting the product.

If you do not want to use the product and want to disconnect it from your computer, our advice is:

If you are using a Minisopuru product with a power button: Please use the product's power bottom to turn the product off, then disconnect the USB C cable from your computer.

If you are using a Minisopuru product without a power button: Pease disconnect the product from the power outlet to avoid this problem, then disconnect the USB C cable from your computer.
