If you are unable to charge your laptop when using the Minisopuru 13 in 1 DisplayLink Docking Station (model DS808), please refer to the following methods to solve the problem:
1. Please make sure you have correctly connected the Dock to your computer. Please make sure you use the black braided USB C-C cable that comes with the product to connect your laptop to the Dock.
2. The power supply of this Dock strap is only used to power the Dock itself and cannot charge the laptop. If you want to charge your laptop while using the Dock, then you should connect a USB-C power adapter to the Dock's PD port.
What is used for demonstration here is Apple’s official 30w USB-C power adapter, which comes with the Macbook Air M1. (Please note that you need to plug this power adapter into the power socket first)
3. Plug a USB-C power adapter into the PD port of this Dock, and then you can charge your laptop.
