If you are using a Minisopuru product with DisplayLink technology on MacOS and the monitor that relies on the DisplayLink software to work is no longer working. Please follow the steps below to set it up.Before we begin, please troubleshoot your monitor and the cables you are using on your own. And try to uninstall and reinstall DisplayLink Manager, and update the driver to the latest version. Make sure DisplayLink Manager is running. Make sure you have given DisplayLink Manager screen recording permission. When you have performed the above troubleshooting and the problem is still not solved, please refer to the following important settings.
1. Click the DisplayLink Manager icon at the top of your screen.
2. Then you should be able to see the monitor you connected to the Dock in the DisplayLink software. Your monitor's model name should be next to the "Display rotation and toggle:" option.
3. Click the white button next to your monitor's model name to enable your monitor.
Your monitor should now be working normally.
